The challenge of WPC door extrusion

The production of WPC door panels is most challenging due to the technical aspects of operation, with problems frequently occurring in the extrusion die and subsequent cooling stages. These stages involve high-temperature, high-pressure operation, complex machinery, and intricate processes, resulting in a significantly higher failure rate than other stages. Specifically:

Extrusion Production Line: Frequent malfunctions include unstable main machine current, die head blockage, and screw interference, often caused by uneven feeding, heater failure, or mechanical wear.

Vacuum Coating Machine: Although highly standardized, abnormal temperature control or pressure regulation can still lead to poor coating or equipment downtime.

It is recommended to strengthen real-time monitoring and regular maintenance of the production and processing stages to reduce the risk of failure. A reliable supplier is hard to come by. That said, many of our clients had long term partners too, but still tested us for faster lead times and better customization.
